Charm Course
At one of the last all girl schools in Dallas years ago, the instructor in a 'Charm Course' was urging her students to give their escorts every chance to be gallant.
"Remain seated in the truck until he has had time to step around and open the door for you," she said.
Then, returning to reality, she added, "But, if the big, dumb idiot is in the restaurant ordering his steak... don't wait any longer."

I am off to Florida for a few days to visit with my folks. Mom's birthday is coming up so I am going to go hang out at her house for a while. I don't know how spending a few days with me qualifies as a birthday present but that's what she wants so I am happy to go help her celebrate the big day.
I will be back and sending you your daily jokes in a week or so. That is unless I find a nice all you can eat seafood joint with a good selection of shellfish, in that case I may just move in to the restaurant until they kick me out. So if you don't hear from me for a while, it just means I haven't had all I can eat yet.
