Time to Move
Approaching eighty-five years of age, Mrs. Lipkowitz finally decided it was time to give up her apartment in New York and move to Miami.
She was given the name of a Florida realtor, who enthusiastically drove her all over Miami, extolling the virtues of every apartment they looked at.
"And this one, what a steal," he rhapsodized, "the investment of a lifetime. Why, in ten years it's gonna be worth three times..."
"Sonny," interrupted Mrs. Lipkowitz, "at my age I don't even buy green bananas."

Bad JavaScript
Hey folks, I hope you have not had too much trouble accessing some of our pages the past few days. It appears that a small JavaScript that was included on almost each and every page of our site, suddenly decided that it did not wish to function. While that sounds like a small problem, it was in fact a VERY BIG problem. All the pages that included this little script, (which allowed you to send the page to a friend), suddenly would not load in some browsers or would load very slowly. I am rebuilding pages as fast as I can, but there are hundreds of pages affected and it may take some time to fix all of them. If you reach one of these pages, even if I have removed the offending script, the page may still load very slowly. This may happen if you have viewed that page before and it is still cached in your computers memory. Simply click on the refresh button in your browser, this will cause the newest version of the page to load. All the game pages have been rebuilt and most of the jokes. The pages of the main directory are rebuilt everyday so they were an easy fix. A simple refresh should allow your browser to reload the new pages and all should be good. I apologize for any irritation caused during this recent problem, if you find a page that still will not play nicely, drop me a note about it and I will add it to the list of pages to be rebuilt.
